Happy Tail Mail Subscription
Happy Tail Mail is a physical mail subscription offered through Pawskers.com. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms.
Billing Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically each month on your renewal date. Prepaid 6-month and 12-month subscriptions are billed as a single payment at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Cancellation Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by emailing us before the 13th of the month. Cancellations received after the 13th will take effect the following month, as mailers are prepared beginning on the 14th.
Prepaid Subscriptions Prepaid 6-month and 12-month subscriptions are non-refundable once the subscription has begun. Your mailers will continue to arrive for the full prepaid period, after which the subscription will end automatically.
Damaged or Undeliverable Mail If your mailer arrives damaged, please email us a photo and we will arrange a replacement or credit. If a mailer is returned as undeliverable, we will notify you and offer one reship at cost, or a partial refund minus the original postage.
Changes to Pricing We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
